  1. This is a straight-forward first month free Smart service offer where you simply submit a business, name and contact details – either your own or another business.
  2. We will then contact each person you refer directly by email, advising them that you thought they may be interested in Smart phone, admin, financial, payroll or serviced office services.
  3. It is a prerequisite that if you submit any other person’s details you must contact that person and gain their permission to submit their name and contact details to us.
  4. This is a website only special offer and only submissions or referrals received direct through this website in the first instance will qualify.
  5. All submissions, referrals and email correspondence are tracked by time and date. If you submit a candidate we have already received from any other source, we will notify you. Should the same candidate be submitted more than once our records will identify the first referrer.
  6. The first month free Smart service offer is a one-time offer conditional upon you being the first referrer of the submitted business or person, and them signing to access Smart services for three months.
  7. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer from Smart.
