But we can come to your office if you prefer.

Smart offers either on-site (at your office) or off-site (at our office) phone, admin, payroll and financial services.

You can have all of your work done from our premises – utilising the latest equipment, technology and software – or arrange for on-site support.

On-Site:

  • we’ll come to you
  • the work is done at your business or home office
  • data is input into your computer system using your software
  • your documents never leave your premises
  • appointments can be arranged and work scheduled to be done at a time convenient to you

NB. mobile office support is subject to a premium above regular off-site Smart service rates

Off-Site:

  • you provide the paperwork and the work is done at our office
  • the information will be input into our computer system
  • you don’t need to own a computer or purchase software
  • no requirements to upgrade hardware or software
  • paperwork will be returned to you when completed
  • in addition we back-up your data on our server to minimise the risk of your files being damaged or lost
  • you don’t need to own a computer to benefit from the advantages of computerized business records
  • no interruption of regular business activities or your team

Either way your financial and business information will be kept strictly confidential. And you will be provided with monthly financial reports and be reminded of upcoming tax deadlines.
