What does it cost?
Fees depend on the service, volume and complexity of what you’d like us to do for you. The best thing is that Smart will agree a fee with you up-front that you can budget for. You won’t find all kinds of hidden charges, disbursements and expenses which add up to a whole lot more than you thought and give you a heart attack when the bill arrives.

What do I need to do so Smart can answer my phone?
Smart has the technology to answer your phone from our office. We’ll help you link your phone number to our technology so your phone is answered as if we are your business. Your customer’s phone call is as important to us as it is to you!
How can Smart do my accounts without coming to my office?
Smart has the systems and technology to do your accounts from our office so you don’t have to worry about finding office space in your business for us to work or buying financial software. We’ll systemise your accounts with online computerised accounting software or connect remotely with your system.
How does Smarts payroll service work?
Your payroll will be systemized with computerised payroll software. No payroll is processed for any employee without your sign-off. You can send timesheets to Smart by fax or email – whichever you prefer. Then Smart will calculate entitlements, process your payroll and forward payslips for your employees – and arrange payment directly into their bank accounts, deduct PAYE, Child Support, Student Loan and Kiwi Saver obligations – as well as file your PAYE returns.
What will I pay for in a serviced office?
At Smart you get hassle free serviced offices at affordable prices, and the only extra payments are for any photocopying you do, national or international or mobile phone calls you make, or faxes that you send that aren’t local. So you’re in complete control.
No charges for internet usage, power, rates or cleaning. No long-term lease commitments, office fit out costs, purchase of furniture and equipment, or hiring reception and cleaning staff. No paying for kitchen supplies and toilet cleaning.
