Confidentiality

When you engage Smart to provide business management and administration services we understand that you will have disclosed to us certain confidential information to enable us to deliver support services to you.

Smart management and their teams understand totally that any information provided by you remains absolutely confidential.

Because we take confidentiality very seriously all Smart team members are required to sign an external confidentiality undertaking over and above any confidentiality clauses in our employment or contract agreements.

Franchise owners will also sign a full confidentiality agreement with you before service commencement. The full agreement outlines legal remedies you may undertake if you believe any confidentiality has been breached.

No disclosure shall be given at any time unless authorised by you.  The only exclusion to the above will be in any legal proceedings where Smart is required by law to disclose certain information.
