Container Relocations has been very busy assisting Christchurch families and businesses relocate from quake damaged locations.
The company has assisted people relocate to other parts of New Zealand (and abroad) ; assisted people to place their furniture and possessions in secure storage while their houses are repaired ; and assisted businesses with access to premises and recovering goods for placement in storage or into new premises. Container Relocations has also assisted the Christchurch community by placing containers to protect people from damaged buildings (and hillsides).
We’ve been able to do it all with Smarts help
All incoming calls from our 0800 number are routed to my call centre where Phil and his team at smartvirtualoffices.co.nz answer over 300 calls a month – you guys are doing a fantastic job.
After Feb 22 Smart also emailed all quotes and did all client agreements for us while our office was out of commission and our house red stickered. As a result our business didn’t miss a beat. They also co-ordinate with our removals teams throughout New Zealand, track missing payments and chase up slow payers for us.
Smart have helped us grow our business. They may not have loaded a container or driven a truck or packed a wrapped a client’s personal effects yet but that’s about the only things they haven’t done!
Relocation and storage while you rebuild
Now that the residential Red Zone has been identified the company is ready to assist the 5,000 homeowners who will need to relocate or place their personal effects in storage while they build new homes in other areas. My own house was red stickered so we’re living through the same experiences as our worst affected customers.
